Almost 30 years ago, Vlad got his real estate license. No grand plan — just a bet on relationships over listings.
The Story

Exclusive Broker Agreement
Sapo Group LLC does not require an exclusive broker agreement. We operate under a non-exclusive Tenant Representation Agreement.
Financial Pre-Qualification
Sapo Group LLC does not require mortgage pre-approval, but may request documentation of income or financial qualification as part of the tenant screening process.
